Thank you so much for your gamehacks, particularly Kirby's dreamland 2 DX, its my favourite GBC game. But I am having immense issues with it. My save progress keeps being deleted. It's happened 4 or more times on my Everdrive x7 and now once on a dedicated singe game flashcart across 2 different GBCs. I haven't heard of this issue with it, but clearly something is wrong. Can you help me? Please?

Hello! Just found your site, awesome work on Dream Land 2 DX I'm trying to get into making color mods myself, would you be willing to show me the ropes? Have a background in GB, GBA, asm, coding etc, and some games I have in mind first for learning already have some references for what palettes they should be using.

Hey, saw you did a lot of work on the Faceball pages on TCRF. I found some more prerelease screenshots of the SNES version in EGM Issue 25 https://archive.gamehistory.org/item/d905b636-bc6f-4045-b962-3132b0a7324f https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QtsFN_-5VUziZVoh8dNPTxQ4v5M7dOA5/view?usp=sharing Wanted to check if you'd want to add them to the pages. I can add them if not, but I wanted to check with you first, especially as I don't really know the games very well.

Oh wow this looks radically different from the final SNES version! Nice find, didn't even know the SNES version was revealed as early as August 1991. Feel free to add it yourself, been a good while since I touched TCRF amidst burnout. If you'd like to see how different it is, this longplay has the BPS logo, title, and gameplay/HUD all within the first couple minutes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kgl8CpIxb2A

How you found my site: searching brunswick frameworx animations

Good Morning!!! I would like to know since you were able to convert the frameworx .sld file animations a while back if you knew of a way to take my logo and convert into an .sld file. That way I can replace the frameworx.sld file and my logo will appear when lanes are not in use instead of the generic frameworx logo? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!! Shawn

Hi Shawn! Wow, that was already like 4 years ago that I decoded the Frameworx animations. I didn't get far enough to ponder any re-encoding though. The one thing I'm coming across that could solve your problem is mention of an official tool called "CenterMaster ImageMaker"/"CMImageMaker" (mentioned in https://web.archive.org/web/20060312141123/http://www.brunswickbowling.com/uploads/DocumentManager/1444_144_1084975729/57900580.pdf starting at page 219) that can apprently convert .bmp/.jpg/.gif to .sld. I wouldn't know much about what comes with the bowling computers so I'm not sure if you have this program anywhere or not (doesn't seem to be anywhere online, either). Hope this helps!

Thanks, love to hear it! I'm very glad for Zari and the others involved in solving the whole 16-player mystery, and feel honored that my little patch proved useful in that process.

Can you please complete the references for featured articles? Remember, they're supposed to be the BEST, so make em the best! (Note: I do not want to stress you out BTW) https://tcrf.net/Category:Featured_articles (You will see that some articles have NO references...LOL.)

Replied on: March 18, 2025 at 1:58:41 PM

I do try to whittle down the features, just not as swiftly since doing the smaller articles too keeps me going with this.
